Born in Demorest, Georgia on October 30, 1954 to the late Marshall Franklin McFall and Mary Elizabeth Ramey Collier. Mr. McFall worked for Hardman Farms doing construction and farming.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Bryson; half-brother, Ronald Carroll.
Surviving are his sister, Judy Marie Smith of Clarkesville; sister-in-law, Linda Carroll of Turnerville.
