BELINDA D. MILLER, age 63 of Alto, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born in Quitman, Georgia on June 29, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Bill Olen Dowdy, Sr. and Lessie Mae Register Dowdy. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and attended The River Church in Alto. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Leroy Miller, Sr.
Survivors include her daughters, Lisa Hulsey, Demorest, GA; Lauria Okoroh, Tampa, FL; stepsons, Wayne Miller, Clermont, GA; Lester Miller, Jr., Cleveland, GA; step-daughters, Michele Miller Robertson, Rene Miller Boutwell, both of Gainesville, GA; Tammy Miller Wagoner, Cleveland, GA; brothers, Bill Olen Dowdy, II, Bradford Olen Dowdy, Bill Olen Dowdy, III, sister, Daloma Louise Council, all of Florida; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several other relatives & friends.
Mrs. Miller’s wishes were to be cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.
