Betty Jo Brown Caudell, age 89, of Baldwin, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
Born on April 12, 1930, in Homer, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Reba Mangum Brown. Mrs. Caudell was a member of Line Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Walmart. She had a green thumb and could grow the most beautiful flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brannon Caudell and brother, Paul Brown, Jr.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael B. and Frances Caudell of New Ellenton, SC and sister, Bobbie Dalton of Alto; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 5, 2019, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth McEntire officiating. Burial will follow in Line Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the service hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
