Brian Joe “Stick” Bearden, age 44 of Clarkesville, passed away Thursday, October 04, 2012.
Born in Los Angeles, California on January 01, 1968, he was the son of the late Scott Frazier and Janice Marie Benton Bearden.
Mr. Bearden had resided in the Habersham County area for the last 24 years after moving from Madisonville, Kentucky. He was employed with Tencate and was of the Christian faith. He had also served in the U.S. National Guard.
Surviving are wife, Katrina Lawrence Bearden of Clarkesville; son, Scott Bearden of Clarkesville; daughter, Haley Alexis Bearden of Clarkesville; many friends.
Funeral services are 2:00 pm Sunday, October 07, 2012, at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Tony McClellon officiating. Interment will follow in Level Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour on Sunday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a memorial fund for the family at Community Bank & Trust.
