Catherine Coalley

December 31, 1969 — August 10, 2010

Catherine Coalley, age 71 of Cornelia, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at New London Health Center in Snellville, following an extended illness. Born in Habersham County on September 04, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Narvie and Bessie Stamey Seabolt. Mrs. Coalley was a member of Demorest Church of God and had previously worked in the textile industry. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Coalley was also preceded in death by her husband, James Hardeman Coalley, grandson, Jason Reepe; brother, Narvie Seabolt, Jr. and sister, Elizabeth Hadock. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Stoney McConnell of Pensacola, FL and Lisa and Larry Sneath of Mobile, AL; daughter, Linda Reepe of Pensacola, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Deb Coalley of Cornelia; son, Steve Coalley of Toccoa; sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Tommy Henderson of Cornelia; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Betty Jean Seabolt; 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services are 11:00 am Saturday, August 14, 2010, at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Paris Whitworth and Bron Holcomb officiating. Interment will follow in VFW Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 pm on Friday. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Demorest Church of God, P.O.
