Danny Dwight Phillips, age 57 of Cornelia, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
Born in Hall County on March 31, 1958, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Lee Dill Phillips. Mr. Phillips was previously employed with Gary’s Septic Tank Systems and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Nellie Wehunt Phillips.
Surviving are daughter, Joni Phillips of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; mother-in-law, Joyce Wiley of Alto; many family and friends.
Graveside services are 11 am Friday, December 11, 2015, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Wade officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 – 10:45 am on Friday at the funeral home.
