David Glenn “Huck” Loggins, age 64 of Mt. Airy, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016.
Born in Clarkesville, Georgia on September 25, 1951, he was a son of the late William Fulton and Etta Lee House Loggins. Mr. Loggins was a member of Good News Baptist Church. He enjoyed working with cows, chickens and all other animals on the farm.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Eugene Loudermilk.
Survivors include sister, Willie Loggins Loudermilk of Cornelia; brothers and sister-in-law, John and Linda Loggins of Mt. Airy, James Loggins of Toccoa and Joe Loggins of Mt. Airy; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are 2 pm Monday, April 4, 2016, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart with Rev. Austin Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Echols officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
