Estelle Bonnie Parker Carter

Estelle Bonnie Parker Carter, age 84 of Lula, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Born on October 18, 1940, in Alto, she was a daughter of the late Julius R. and Dorothy Mae Brady Parker. Estelle was retired from Fred Ingle Veterinary Hospital. She was fond of animals, especially her goats. Her family will remember her as a caretaker, who always made sure that they were cared for in many ways. She is also remembered for her immaculate penmanship. Estelle loved the Lord and was saved in 1980, then was baptized in Moss’s Mill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, George and Allard Parker; and sisters, Elaine Gilbert and Charlotte Hansard.

Survivors include her daughter, Lucretia Lynn Carter; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Michael Parker (Barbara); sister, Betty Hart; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services are 11 am on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Yonah Memorial Gardens. All family is asked to assemble at the cemetery at 10:45 am on Saturday.
