Eugene “Gene” Walter Hoose, age 67 of Alto, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021.
Born in Utica, New York on January 28, 1954, he was a son of the late Ralph Walter Hoose and Elma Laymon Hoose. Mr. Hoose became a minister through the University of Life Church 14 years ago.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Celeste Chesebro Hoose; a son, Wayde Patrick Hoose; daughter, Gina Lee Hoose.
Surviving are his step-mother, Katie Laymon Hoose; sons and daughter-in-law, Chad & Cynthia Hoose, Patrick Scott Hoose; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Gase, Katlyn Rose Gase, Zachary Sutton and Savannah Sutton; nieces, Hailey “Halo” Wall and Paula Bennett; 5 brothers and sisters; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
