Geraldine Wiley Armour, age 82 of Lula, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015.
Born in Lula, Georgia on March 8, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Arthur William Wiley and Margie Oliver Wiley. Mrs. Armour was retired from Wauka Mountain Elementary School and attended Clemons Chapel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and most of all, taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by brothers, A.W. “Dub” Wiley and Curt Wiley; sisters, Margaret Turner, Marcelle Woody and Estelle Allen.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Joan Armour of Clermont; granddaughters and husbands, Whitney Armour McFalls and Chris McFalls of Clermont and Lauren Armour Pugh and Matt Pugh of Buford; brother and sister-in-law, Marvin and Linda Wiley of Lula; a number nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are 2 pm Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Clemons Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Phil Ferguson and Rev. Jerry Cameron officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
