Ioan Pop, age 86, of Dahlonega, passed away on Tuesday, January 03, 2023.
Born on December 05, 1936, in Romania, he was a son of the late Mihail and Victoria Pop. In addition to his parents, Mr. Pop was preceded in death by his 10 siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Moldovan Pop of Dahlonega; five children; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services are 2 pm on Saturday, January 07, 2023, at Chestatee Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1635 Blacks Mill Road, Dawsonville, Georgia 30534. Pastor Mark Waters will officiate. The service will be streamed at www.chestateesda.org
Interment will follow the service at 4:30 pm on Saturday, January 07, 2023, at Level Grove Cemetery.
