Jerry Nathanial Landers, age 63, of Clarkesville, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at his residence.
Born on February 2, 1952, in Atlanta, he was a son of the late Claude Landers and Irene Edwards Hamby. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed music, gardening and traveling to the mountains in his spare time. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandson.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Landers was also preceded in death by a brother, James Landers.
Survivors include wife of 47 years, Sue Hill Landers of Clarkesville; sons, Casey Hill of Clarkesville; daughters, Melissa Landers of Clarkesville, Yvonne Seabolt of Conyers and Hope Watts (Jonathan) of McDonough; brothers, Norman Landers and Randy Landers; sisters, Jane Vandiver and Barbara Landers; four grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great-great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
