Jerry Nicholas “Nick” Carroll, age 56, of Demorest, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
Born on March 4, 1966, in Demorest, he was a son of Edith Hooper Carroll of Clarkesville and the late Jerry Lamar Carroll. Nick was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather, who was described by his family as very determined and hardworking. He was a carpenter by trade and in his spare time enjoyed wood working, the outdoors, vegetable gardening and going to flea markets.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his wife, Stephanie Moore Carroll of Westminster, South Carolina; son, Dalton Carroll of Westminster, South Carolina; daughter & fiancé, Logan Carroll (Alex Morgan) of Westminster, S. C.; brother and sister-in-law, Terry Carroll (Kelly) of Clarkesville; brother, Daniel Carroll of Clarkesville; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy Yeadon (Chris) of Demorest and granddaughter, Carlye Carroll; numerous other relatives and friends.
A joint Celebration of Life will be held for Nick and his father, Jerry, who recently passed, at 3 pm, Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Macedonia Baptist Church, 6396 New Liberty Road, Clarkesville, Georgia 30523, with Pastor Ronnie Powell officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2 pm until the service hour on Saturday, at the church.
