William Jonathan “Johnny” Ricketson, Jr, age 68 of Cornelia, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born in Habersham County on February 5, 1947, he was a son of the late William Jonathan Ricketson, Sr. and Doris Smith Ricketson. Mr. Ricketson was a lifelong resident of Habersham County and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed classic cars, wood-working, and painting and drawing.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Rogers Ricketson.
He is survived by his sister, Kathleen Ricketson; brother and sister-in-law, Michael & Cathy Ricketson; nephews, Barclay Hinson, Eric Siefkes, and Jay Ricketson.
