Karen Denise Griffin, age 52 of Lula, passed away on Tuesday March 16, 2021.
Born in Johnson City, New York on September 3, 1968, she was a daughter of the late David Reed and Maureen Winifred Swingle. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her step-parents, Mike & Elisabeth Ostrander of Clarkesville; son and daughter-in-law, Josh & Heather Griffin of Cornelia; daughter and son-in-law, Kristin & Nathan Berry of Demorest; 7 grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, John Reed of Homer and Dana Kenneth Ostrander (Candace) of Lula; sister and brother-in-law, Renee & Edward Wilson of Lula; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Ms. Griffin’s wishes were to be cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
