Kristie Lee Whitfield, age 44, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
Born on October 27, 1976, in Atlanta, she was a daughter of Shirley Fry Marple and the late George Elbert Whitfield. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Christian Conrad of Helen; daughter, Bryceson Carter of Cleveland; granddaughter, Aerobella Faye Carter; and sisters, Wendy Whitfield Ostby of Denver, CO and April Beamon of Dahlonega.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Friday, April 30, 2021, at Macedonia Baptist Church with Dr. Kenneth Franklin officiating.
The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted.
Those in attendance are asked to adhere to public health and social distancing guidelines regarding COVID-19.
