Larry Grant Sellers, age 60, of Cornelia, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
Born on February 26, 1959, in Habersham County, Georgia, he was a son of the late Paul Grant and Dora Ruth Pitts Sellers. Mr. Sellers worked in the textile industry for many years. He was a hard worker and always positive. Larry loved to loafer, be with friends, and most of all his family.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Pauline "Penny" Sellers.
Survivors include his brother, Ray Sellers of Cornelia; sisters: Gail Baird of Winder, Sarah Langston of Cornelia, Mary Gibson of Cleveland, Martha Addison of Danielsville, and Ruth Bowen of Toccoa; special friends: James Mote, Ted Moody, and Vernon Mintz; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Memorial services are scheduled for 2 pm, Sunday, February 9, 2020 in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart.
The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the service hour on Sunday.
