Laverne Knight Nation Taylor, age 60, of Demorest, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
Born on April 14, 1954 in Habersham County, she was a daughter of Mary Frances Martin Knight of Demorest and the late William Artis Knight. Mrs. Taylor was a member of Baldwin Congregational Holiness Church and was formerly employed with Dollar General.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Kay Hubbard
In addition to her mother, survivors include husband, Randy Taylor of Demorest; brother, William Knight of Cornelia; sisters, Debra Jones of Cornelia, Joyce Crocker of Cornelia and Misty Knight of Clarkesville.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
