Lee Dorsey Nation, age 55 of Commerce, passed away Friday, July 20, 2012.
Born in Jackson County, GA on July 21, 1956, he was a son of Mary Frances Garrett Nation of Commerce and the late Robert Lee Nation. He was of the Holiness faith and enjoyed fishing, camping and walking in his spare time.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Nation is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Janie Nation of Homer and Buck and Judy Nation of Arnoldsville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lou and Mitchell Dill of Alto; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 2:00 pm Saturday, July 21, 2012, at McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Chapel with Rev. John Graham officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm on Saturday.
