Mary Elizabeth Loudermilk Greemon, age 78 of Mt. Airy, passed away Thursday, June 06, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born on July 18, 1934, in Habersham County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Amanda Cash Loudermilk. Mrs. Greemon was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Greemon was also preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Charles Greemon; brothers, Sylvester and Clyde Loudermilk; sister, Frances Holbrook.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Diane & Jimmy Murphy and Vickie & Ronnie Dobbs all of Mt. Airy; god son, Joey Shirley of Cleveland; brothers, William Loudermilk of Cleveland, Bobby Loudermilk of Cumming and J.C. Loudermilk of Mt. Airy; grandchildren, Brent Dobbs, Justin Dobbs, Ashley Cash, Matthew Cash, and Amanda Murphy; great grandchildren, Zori Hewell, Kaden Dobbs and Luke Dobbs; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 3:00 pm Saturday, June 08, 2013, at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Hal Cason officiating. Interment will follow in Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 pm on Friday.
