Patricia Jean Hunter Saxon, age 68 of Clarkesville, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Born on August 25, 1956, in Demorest, she was a daughter of Doris Jean Benfield Hunter Sims and the late Joseph Harold Hunter. Patricia was a devoted daughter, sister, and beloved aunt, who was passionate about animals. She was a 1975 graduate of Habersham Central High School, and worked at OKI Telecom. She attended Ebenezer Methodist Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step-dad, Edward Sims; brother-in-law, Curtis Wade.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her sister, Vicki Hunter Wade; brothers and sisters-in-law, Benny Ray Sims (Deavie) and Douglas Edward Sims (Kim); numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
