Ricky Keith Jenkins, age 66 of Clarkesville, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018.
Born on September 4, 1952, he was a son of the late Rupert and Lucy Nicholson Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins was a self-employed brick mason and was of the Baptist faith. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Jenkins was also preceded in death by brothers, Donald and Terry Jenkins; brother-in-law, Miles Wilbanks.
Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Shane Durham of Gainesville; son, Josh Jenkins of Baldwin; grandchildren, Alayna and Brett Durham of Gainesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Jimmie Jenkins and Leon and Diann Jenkins all of Clarkesville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda Wilbanks of Cornelia, Willene and Ray Stewart of Mt. Airy, Doris and Homer Free of Clarkesville, Kathy and Bobby Mitchell of Cornelia and Joyce and Lee Taylor of Clarkesville; numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services are 2 pm on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Terry Rice officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
