Roxie Lucille Beck Shope Lee, age 90, of Cornelia, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Heritage Healthcare of Toccoa.
Born on September 22, 1922, in Cornelia, GA, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Clara Beck. Mrs. Lee was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Lloyd Shope, Sr. and her second husband, Wilson Lee; son, Curtis Nelson Shope.
Survivors include sons, Lloyd Shope, Jr. of Kingston, Tennessee and Kenneth Edward Shope of Gainesville; eight grandchildren, including special granddaughter, Karen Shope; 15 great grandchildren.
Graveside services are 11:00 am Saturday, September 21, 2013, at Level Grove Cemetery with Rev. Roy Lee Mitchell officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 am until the service hour on Saturday.
