Scott Lamar McLaughlin, age 40, of Martin, GA, passed away Wednesday, March 02, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born on November 20, 1970, in Stephens County, he was the son of William Paul McLaughlin and Sarah Anne Maye McLaughlin. Mr. McLaughlin was a member of Revelation Chapel and had been employed with Stovall Building Supply.
Survivors include loving wife, Tracy Levins McLaughlin of the home; daughters, Whitney McLaughlin of Toccoa, Ashley McLaughlin of Martin, and Anne McLaughlin of Martin; sons, Shawn McLaughlin of Martin and Gregory McLaughlin of Martin; brothers, David Maye of Martin and Doyle McLaughlin of Martin; sister, Kathy Hamilton of Clarkesville; grandchild, Kaiya Monson of Toccoa.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, March 05, 2011 at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Scott Collet officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 pm until the service hour on Saturday.
