Teresa Jean McCallister, age 58, of Demorest, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020.
Born on July 28, 1962, in Gainesville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Sosebee. Mrs. McCallister was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Lamar Hooper and brother, David Sosebee.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Bradley and Christina McCallister of Athens and Brent and Rose McCallister of Demorest; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Tyler England of Clarkesville; grandchildren: Leah England, Anslee McCallister, Ellie McCallister, Aubree McCallister, and Ace McCallister; brothers and sisters-in-law: Donald and Ann Sosebee of Mt. Airy, Ronald and Rose Sosebee of Gainesville, Doug and Nora Sosebee of Gillsville, Glenn and Mildred Sosebee of Mt. Airy, and Johnny and Sandra Sosebee of Turnerville; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the funeral home.
All attending should maintain social distancing and adhere to public health guidelines.
