Teresa Ann Martin, age 52, of Cleveland, GA, passed away Sunday, April 03, 2011 at her residence.
Born on July 29, 1958 in Demorest, GA, she was the daughter of the late Alton Gene Martin and Jewell Julaine Pendley Elliott.Mrs. Martin was a member of Alto C. H. Church and was homemaker.She lived most of her life in Habersham County.
Survivors include fiancé, James Neal of Cleveland; son, Jamie Lee and Natasha Smith of Baldwin; daughters, Micki Smith of Baldwin and April Smith of Royston; step-mother, Mary Webb Kitchens of Alto; sisters, Carolyn Ledford of Dahlonega, Peggy Thomas of Cleveland and Tabatha Smith of Gillsville.
